ABOUT MARYAM AL ZAABI
Maryam is hugely passionate in supporting the growth of new emerging leaders or leaders transitioning into a more senior managerial position, which requires a different style of leadership. She joins hands with these leaders to develop clarity on what they want to achieve and to strengthen their leadership presence, which will inspire and get the best out of their teams' performance.
Maryam has either personally worked or partnered with clients in both private and public sector organizations across the UAE. This exposure has been instrumental in her growth due to working alongside cross-culture teams. She has learnt how the dynamics and culture are so different when working in non-profit or profit organizations impacting human behavior.
Finally apart from working in different organizations, she has also learned a lot about cultural difference through travelling and living abroad. She comes with a warm, open mind to best serve her Emirati community or other individuals from different parts of the world.
